Mikee Mix :

In every crew there will always be the quiet one. Say hello to DJ Mikee Mix...you guessed it, the quiet one.

So talented and yet so introverted, it’s a wonder the other members of the Buttas family, remember he’s there. Actually, there have been many occasions where they’ve forgotten him completely. At raves, at clubs and they even managed to lose Mikee Mix at his OWN birthday party in Aiya Napa, summer 09!     .

Mikee is somewhat of a recluse and only seems to really come alive when talking about or playing his favourite thing in the world… Music. An avid record collector, from the age of two, Mikee could recite the top 100 records in the charts in order and you could place bets on his Christmas number one predictions, he has never been wrong!

Shy and awkward around the opposite sex, Mix is often found bringing the house down on the turntables across the cities finest venues. In fact, Gremlin and Kingsley often tease Mix on his lack of game and often try and teach him the art of seduction. If Mikee had his way though, the only knobs he’ll be twisting will be those on his decks!!..Now, now people keep it clean!

There is one girl who does have Mix’s head all in a spin every time they’re together and that is the pretty Mary-Anne. She doesn’t know it but all he dreams of is having the confidence to one day whisk her off with him to somewhere romantic like the world DJing Championships, where he could tell her how he really feels.

Mikee is a likeable guy and although he may not be so quick on the uptake and have the vocal range of a mouse, he manages to keep the rest of the crew entertained with his skill and expertise on the decks and his passion for his craft.

Mary-Anne hasn’t a clue how Mix really feels and so you must watch and see if one day Mix manages to pull it out of the bag and turn his unrequieted love into the real thing. Let’s face it; they are a match made in heaven…
